Before arbitration, the parties will attempt informal negotiations for at least 180 days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration as set out by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. Seat: Nepal. Number of arbitrators: 1. Language: English.

Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law. Certain claims (e.g., IP rights, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief) may proceed in court.

14. Corrections

The Services may contain errors or omissions. We may correct or update information at any time without notice.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. You use the Services at your own risk.

16. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.
